What we believe

Complexity calls for strategy. Making AI work for healthcare is notoriously hard. We believe success requires navigating the whole landscape: technology, regulation, business models, organizational psychology, all the way to the patient — from a single vantage point. That’s a new discipline, half strategist, half builder, fluent across domains; and one we’re committed to pioneering with our team.

The future of technology: people. As technology absorbs ever more cognitive tasks, the human advantage sharpens: trust, empathy, judgement, conceptual thinking, causal modeling. We embrace these strengths in many ways, including putting relationships first, inviting nuance and the let’s-think-again instinct.
