Juliane Gottschlag is Head of Operations and Executive Assistant at idalab. She runs the entire operational backbone, from people and culture, to client project orchestration, and revenue operations. Beyond zero-friction daily operations, Juliane is passionate about shaping the habits, institutions and rituals that keep an organisation healthy and aligned.
Juliane lives in Berlin with her husband and two kids. She is a certified beer taster, trained to identify off-flavors from buttery to lightstruck, and enthusiastic about anything outdoors and physically challenging.
